For properties priced from $500,000 to $749,999, the fixed listing fee is $10,000. For properties priced from $750,000 to $999,999, the fixed listing fee is $12,500. For properties priced at $1 million and up, the fixed listing fee is $15,000.

In order to maximize competitiveness in this market, we advise our sellers to offer compensation to buyer's agents as an incentive for house viewings. We recommend compensation of at least 2.5% of the sales price, with our suggested range spanning from 2% to 4%. If we, as the listing agent, procure the buyer, the compensation percentage will be set at 2.5%.
